Time & Attendance
Time and Attendance or simply T&A is there to measure the actual time staff have worked and correlate that with what they should have worked and can thus be paid accordingly.
It is always best practice to integrate your T&A and your access control as this “forces” staff to clock in and out and removes the “oh I forgot” element. Thus the components of Time & Attendance are very much the same as Access Control, minus the access control hardware as a necessity to make T&A work.
Usually once hours have been calculated and approved, they will be pushed through to the company's payroll system – such as VIP or SAP. Manage your employee's details including photos, shifts, clocking times, late comers, early leavers and absenteeism.
